Sunrise deciding to press snooze closer and closer to winter

6:44am
Steps to this blissful sunrise view

To the early mornings,
To the morning crusty eyes, stretching in preparation for the beautiful sights to be seen.
To the brisk breeze of ocean air off of the pacific,
Thank you.
Lovely friends are difficult to come across. Once you find a friend who supports your life and is your hype man with whatever you do, you know you’ve found your person.
This was such a beautiful sunny day at Spray Lakes.
A little piknik beside the crystal clear water – what more could you ask for.
Nothing.

The more you appreciate what you have, the less you seek for more and are content with life. This photo was taken by one of my lovely best friends who took the time to fly to me for a visit. From my experience, I feel that in the moment people do not realize how important what they have is.
Just like this image – I am more appreciative of the moment from reminiscing back on photos than I was in the moment. I have been trying to focus on the current moment instead of being distracted by other things in life.
My goal is to appreciate all the little things in the moment and embrace what I have.
Life is truly beautiful.

SO, moral of the story is…do not wear burks while walking around Banff in the heat for over an hour, AAAANNNND sleep is for the weak and venture when the opportunity comes.
DAY OF:
Once I got off work, I was SO exhausted from the long day of chatting with golfers. My friend Emma who was practicing at the driving range had the idea to head to the food rescue located in Banff…right after my shift.. I woke myself up from the tired state I was in and got ready for this little adventure.
SO I wont get too into this days story because my bike rack ended up getting ripped off with my bike attached to it at the parking garage…..ANYWAY, this day we all walked(painfully with the burks) down the path following the rushing Bow River.
After the walk and chat we headed back to Canmore and snacked on our little food haul from Banff. Including a celery root..funny vegetable.
Great views with great company.

This day I spent enjoying one of my favourite views in my favourite hammock – which a photo was actually captured of by a Travel Alberta photographer, with me in it! Hehe if you find me on Travel Alberta, let me know!!
Fun fact about my gear on this adventure, I brought along my @Hydroblu filter for some ambassador images! I absolutely love being apart of the outdoor community in even these small ways. Grateful to be able to live this life I do.
Feeling blessed.

Ha Ling, Canmore AB. Canada.
A feeling of peacefulness glistens through one as they are in this moment, a moment of pure peace. Ha Ling mountain being brightened by the bold moon gives depth into the Canmore skies.
Lake Minnewanka, Banff, Ab.
This distanced image of Lake Minnewanka was captured right before a major rain storm hit the area. This beautiful hike was a short one after the elevation got too high further up the trail with amounts of snow which led me to make my way back down the trail. Even though I did not summit the peak this day – the views of the Canadian Rockies still shined with their beauty.
